Refund/Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed unfortunately we are unable to cancel it or provide a refund. We ask that you please carefully review all details before checking and processing your payment.
Returns/Exchange Policy
Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. If you have a defective item, please send us a photo at hello@dghair.com and we will exchange it for you.
Subscription Policy
Our subscription service is designed for customers who want optimal hair growth results by committing to using our products on a more frequent basis. We offer a 10% discount for those who select the subscription service.
By selecting the subscription service at checkout, you can choose to have our product(s) sent to you every 30, 60, or 90 days. Please note if you sign up for the subscription service, you will be billed automatically based on the subscription cycle you have chosen. For example, if you choose to receive product(s) every 30 days, you will be billed automatically every 30 days from the date of original purchase.
Payment methods can be changed by logging into your subscription account.
Our subscription service is not designed for one time purchases. We can not cancel your subscription until a minimum of two charge cycles have been processed. By selecting the subscription service, you agree to being charged on a subscription basis.
