Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days from the date you placed the order. Shipping times vary. Please refer to your tracking number to see the estimated delivery date. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, nor do we guarantee any specific delivery date.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Regardless of the estimated transit time listed at checkout, we do not offer expedited shipping. At checkout, the pricing options may vary between USPS and UPS for standard delivery only. Any price differences are solely based on carrier preference, whereas not to imply one will arrive faster than the other.
We are unable to change or modify your shipping address once an order has been placed. Please contact the shipping carrier’s customer service team to modify your shipping address.
International Shipping, Taxes, & Duties
We do ship internationally to select countries. Please note customers are responsible for all customs, taxes, and duties charges. In the event that these charges are not paid by the customer and your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Please provide as much contact information during checkout in case a customs or carrier agent needs to contact you regarding delivery.

We highly suggest insuring your package in the event it is lost or stolen. The option to add shipping insurance through Route Package Protection is preselected at checkout.
If you choose to unselect the Route Package Protection insurance option at checkout, please note we are not responsible for reimbursement or replacement of your item(s) in the event your package is lost or stolen. You will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier by contacting their customer service department.
Route Package Protection Claims Process
If you purchased Route Package Protection and believe your package was stolen, lost by the carrier, or delivered to the wrong address, you may file a claim with Route Package Protection.
Note, Route requires you to file a claim within 14 days of delivery. Also note, you must wait 5 days from the date the courier confirmed delivery to file your claim.
